In this Policy, the terms "you", "user" and "your" refer to a visitor of our Site or a user of the Products (or of our services provided on the Site (“Services”) and the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sweet Dreams Shade.

place an order for any of our Products and, where the option is available, save your order information;

send us an email inquiry either through our Site or directly to our email; and

Our Site may contain links to the websites of other organizations which may be of interest to you. Similarly, you may be directed to the websites of other organizations to perform certain functions provided on our Site. Linked websites are operated by third parties who are responsible for their own privacy practices and you should check those websites for their respective privacy policies. Please refer to our Terms of Service for further information in relation to links to third party websites.

Articles on the Site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website. Sweet Dreams Shade is not responsible for these websites.

Personal information collected by Sweet Dreams Shade or third parties referenced herein may be stored and processed in another country, including the USA, and by using the Site, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of Canada. We will use reasonable measures to ensure all personal information is protected, but cannot ensure that the laws of other countries will offer the same level of protection as Canadian laws.
