Free Shipping!

We are happy to be able to offer free shipping in Canada (currently shipping to Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta & BC). 

Shipping

We typically fulfil orders within 2-3 weeks as the Sweet Dreams Shade is a custom cut product. All Sweet Dreams Shade orders will receive a tracking number so you can count down the days until you can take down your garbage bags and suction cups.

When your order is fulfilled, it departs our warehouse and becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier (Canada Post or UPS). When your order is with the carrier, Sweet Dreams Shade has no control over the package and the best way to resolve shipment issues is to contact the carrier directly.  

Please double check your address information is correct as we cannot make changes once your order has been fulfilled. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, so please ensure a non-PO Box address is provided at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost when ordering to parcel forwarding or proxy mailing services.

 Shipping Times

Shipping times are variable and ultimately based the carrier delivering the package. After your order has been fulfilled, it will usually take 3-5 days to arrive at your door (depending on your location).

When checking the shipping status of your order, please note that "tracking number generated" does not mean that the product has already shipped. We do not have control over shipments once they have left our warehouse. We will always do our best to help resolve shipping issues, but in the event of any delays shown by tracking number, the best way to resolve issues is to contact the carrier directly.  

Reshipping Packages 

Sweet Dreams Shade does not cover shipping fees for packages that need to be reshipped in the case of "Return to Sender", address errors, or other shipping-related issues unless the customer has purchased Sweet Dreams Shade Shipping Insurance. 

If a package is lost, stolen, or arrives broken, we will only re-issue a replacement item to be sent if Sweet Dreams Shade Shipping Insurance was purchased within 48 hours of original purchase. Unless Sweet Dreams Shade Shipping Insurance is purchased, once an order has left our fulfilment centre it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier and the customer to dispute issues respective to the shipment.

Sweet Dreams Shade Shipping Insurance also covers packages that are lost or damaged while in transit or "porch pirated" ("porch pirated" meaning the carrier reports the status as "delivered" but the parcel has been stolen from the delivery address and a police report has been filed).
